Product Description – One Side Erection Anchor (RA-FE Type)
The RA-FE One Side Erection Anchor is a specialized lifting anchor developed specifically for use in precast concrete sandwich panels and thin-wall elements. Its lifting point is strategically positioned close to the element's center of gravity, allowing for safe, stable, and upright lifting and erection of panels during handling and installation. This makes the RA-FE anchor an ideal solution in situations where rear-side access is limited or unavailable, such as in tilt-up construction or confined job sites.
Unlike the RA-FA erection anchor, which permits multi-directional loading, the RA-FE anchor is designed for unidirectional loading only. This focused load direction capability allows for greater precision during lifting operations and contributes to enhanced structural alignment when placing vertical elements.
The compact and slender design of the RA-FE makes it especially suitable for use in thin precast components, where traditional anchors may not fit or may compromise the structural integrity of the panel. A semi-circular reinforcement groove is integrated into the anchor head, allowing for quick and secure placement of turning reinforcement (rebar stirrups) during installation, enhancing load transfer and anchorage safety.
To accommodate various construction environments and corrosion resistance requirements, EATHU offers the One Side Erection Anchor in two finishes:
Hot-dip galvanized surface for enhanced corrosion protection in outdoor or exposed applications
Black untreated surface for standard indoor or temporary use

How It Works
The anchor is cast into the concrete wall panel on one side only.
After curing, the clutch system engages with the anchor to enable a secure lift.
The panel is then tilted and lifted vertically, using a spreader beam if necessary.
After positioning, the lifting clutch is released, and the anchor remains embedded.
